6 oz plain flour
3 oz sugar
3 oz butter
Rub the flour and butter together until like breadcrumbs, mix in the sugar. Pile
on top of your chosen fruit mixture and cook in the oven until the fruit is bubbling
and the topping lightly brown.
use half plain flour and half wholemeal flour.
substitute 2oz of flour with 2oz of oats
add spices to the crumble mix
use brown sugar instead of white
