Cook the beans in water until just tender. Drain well.
In a large frying pan or wok, dry fry the almonds, stirring all the time until just
toasted. Set aside.
Now fry the beans in the dry pan, driving off all the excess water. As soon as they
are dry enough, add the butter and lemon juice. Toss until all the butter is melted
and mixed in, then add the almonds.
